Easy Grilled Vegetables
||red bell pepper, cut into chunks
||yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks|
||red onion, cut into thin wedges
|1 medium||zucchini, sliced
||McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Chicken Seasoning (25% less sodium version)
TOSS vegetables with oil in large bowl. Sprinkle with Seasoning; toss to coat well. Place vegetables in grill basket, grill rack.
GRILL over medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender, turning occasionally.
Yield: 3 cups
