Dr. Keith Singletary Bio
Keith Singletary is Professor Emeritus of Nutrition in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition at the University of Illinois. Dr. Singletary received both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Microbiology from Michigan State University and his Ph.D. in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Illinois.
